In Boise last week, we had two wonderful events: TechLaunch business plan competition and Idavation.
Phil Reed and I had the pleasure of participating as judges for TechLaunch and it is certainly refreshing to see the ideas and teams coming out of the universities and start-up community. Congratulations to all on getting to this point.
Idavation was a day packed with our own congressman, Walt Minnick, opening the conference. Bill Wilmot was the morning speaker, and then the highlight of the show, Brad Feld for the keynote address. Brad is certainly one of the thought leaders in the industry and brought some great insight to the entrepreneurs, investors and service providers in attendance.
