For those that don't know Steve Meyer, he was the outside director at Telemetric for the last 7 years with me. Thanks Steve for your leadership and wisdom during the challenging times. I feel lucky to have served on the board with you, I learned so much from you.

Your assessment of the Telemetric situation and Tom's actions are exactly like mine. Nicely written, Mark.

Great story Mark! As you know i'm a big Karma believer as well and I try my best to personally practice the art of positived karma. as you touched on, it's also great to instill this Karma value into our kids and see it flourish as they mature into great human beings.

For a long time I've subscribed to my personal theory of a "Karma Wheel" where the good and bad things you do, leave markers behind, size depending on the deed. Life is that circle repeating, and eventually you come back around to markers you've left behind.

It's tough for sure to leave the good markers over the bad, since the good, usually have longer ROI cycles, LOL.

We run conferences, and totally work our business around the same concept, making sure it's about attendees, sponsors and speakers. If those three groups are happy and fulfilled, we trust that we will be as a side effect, :)

That's a societal question that I don't have the answer to Peter. Why don't people say "please" and "thank you" more? Why don't we revere senior citizens the way other cultures do? What do you think the reason is?
